Cary and Groucho

I remember having loads of interests that I could focus on for many months. First it was Looney Tunes, then Tex Avery's cartoons, Old Disney, and now it's Old Hollywood.

I don't know what makes me so easily appealed to movies made in the 30s-50s more than any other decade. The actors/actresses looked distinctive and more natural. They're fun to draw. This is my sketch of Cary Grant in a profile view.

The Marx Brothers are also really fun to draw. My favorite easily being Groucho. I have designed the Marx Bros. but it's been at least almost a year and they looked more simplistic.

I haven't done anything remotely fascinating yet now that it's February, but expect some art very soon.
